Anonymity

Our whistleblower scheme allows for complete anonymity. When submitting a report, it will be possible to do so anonymously or confidentially. We do not require you to disclose your identity. As the reporter, you are free to choose whether to submit a report anonymously or with your personal contact information.

Anonymous communication via mailbox

The whistleblower scheme functions as a secure and anonymous mailbox where ICEHOTEL can contact the reporter. We recommend using the mailbox as it may be difficult for ICEHOTEL to conduct further investigations without information from you.

Attention to ensuring anonymity

The whistleblower scheme does not log the IP address or machine ID of the computer from which the report is made. Similarly, the portal does not use cookies. If the computer from which the report is made is owned by ICEHOTEL or connected to ICEHOTEL's network, there is a risk that the IP address and/or machine ID from which the report was made will be logged in the browser's history and/or ICEHOTEL's log through the logging that occurs in ICEHOTEL's IT systems.

You can eliminate this risk by making the report from a computer that is not owned by ICEHOTEL or connected to ICEHOTEL's network.
