Whistleblowing – Reporting Censurable Conditions

You can use ICEHOTEL’s whistleblowing channel to report serious concerns or suspected illegal or unethical conduct related to our workplace, operations, or organization.

The whistleblowing channel is intended for matters that are of public interest and that conflict with laws, our internal policies, or widely accepted ethical standards, such as:

  • - Corruption or financial misconduct

  • - Breach of laws, policies or procedures

  • - Discrimination or harassment

  • - Unsafe working conditions

  • - Environmental risks

  • - Abuse of authority

  • - Data protection or privacy violations

  • - Other serious or censurable conditions

The purpose of the whistleblowing system is to allow such matters to come to light when they cannot be handled through ordinary reporting channels or when doing so feels difficult or unsafe.

You can submit your report with your name and contact details or choose to report anonymously. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and handled in line with ICEHOTEL’s Whistleblowing Policy and applicable legislation.

After submitting your report, you may follow up in order to:

  1. - See the status of your case, and follow its progress.

  2. - Respond to possible requests for additional information from the HR department handling your report.
